System-Wide Queue Warning on SR-91 and SR-429

HBC is serving Florida's Turnpike Enterprise on system-wide queue warning improvements along SR-91 / Florida's Turnpike Mainline, SR-821 / Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike, and SR-429 / Daniel Webster Western Beltway.

The work includes Construction Engineering and Inspection services, ITS inspections, and field support for Queue Warning Systems that include CCTV cameras, microwave vehicle detection systems, dynamic message signs, fiber optic communications, wrong-way vehicle detection systems, and related ITS devices.

HBC supports contract compliance, daily work reporting, pay item quantity tracking, contractor and CEI coordination, monthly estimates, work orders, supplemental agreements, and construction progress meetings. The program helps improve driver awareness, corridor operations, and safety across multiple Turnpike counties.
