Founded in 2006, HBC began as a focused engineering practice serving public infrastructure clients in Florida. The firm has grown through long-term relationships, responsive project delivery, and an expanding team of engineers, planners, inspectors, and program support professionals.
Today, HBC operates across six office locations and supports infrastructure work throughout Florida and Puerto Rico, with a continued emphasis on public-sector service, constructable solutions, and accountable delivery.
