SR-7 / US-441 Transit Corridor Improvements

HBC supports multidisciplinary improvements across the SR-7 / US-441 corridor for FDOT District 4, strengthening pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and roadway connections.

HBC is supporting FDOT District 4 on the SR-7 / US-441 Transit Corridor Improvements, a broad corridor program serving Broward County. The work includes improvements at multiple intersections and corridor segments, with a focus on safer pedestrian and bicycle access, transit connectivity, and roadway operations.

Project elements include signing and pavement marking, countdown pedestrian signals, lighting retrofits, ADA ramps, high-emphasis crosswalks, sidewalk and bike lane construction, shared-use path connections, widening, flexible pavement design, and horizontal and vertical geometry. The work is being advanced in compliance with FDOT Design Manual and ADA requirements.

HBC's support spans roadway, structures, drainage, lighting, signalization, utility coordination, public involvement, permitting, and planning. The team also coordinates with geotechnical partners for retaining wall and foundation considerations along shared-use path improvements and bridge-adjacent corridor elements.
