Districtwide Resurfacing Scoping Reports

HBC supports FDOT District 6 with districtwide resurfacing scoping reports that help advance work program development and early project definition. The work begins with existing conditions review, deficiency identification, and confirmation of project purpose and need.

Our team develops project concepts and evaluates transit and transportation system improvement alternatives. Deliverables include conceptual or master plans, roadway typical sections, preliminary cost sections, preliminary drainage analysis and plans, approved typical section packages, variances and exceptions, pavement design, access management documentation, and soils or geotechnical documentation as required.
